For the goal of our instruction is love from a pure heart, a good conscience and a sincere faith.

After 20 years of working at a variety of jobs in small business
management and operations, I began preparing for ministry at the Free
Lutheran Seminary at age 40. After a year of internship at a country
church in South Dakota I was ordained as an AFLC Pastor in 2004. Since
then I have served congregations in the northwest corner of Minnesota.
First 2 1/2 years at Our Savior's Free Lutheran Church in Argyle, MN.
Then 8 years at Alida and Rice Free Lutheran Churches in rural Bagley,
MN. Finally, 7 years at Trinity and Mt. Carmel Free Lutheran Churches in
McIntosh, MN. Since retiring in 2022, I have provided pulpit supply for
numerous churches, most often at Faith Lutheran Church in Blackduck,
MN.
